Sunday, March 17th, 4 – 6 p.m.
Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center
To honor Womens History Month join us for a program by writer, artist and outdoorswoman Tessa Hulls. Her presentation features stories of intrepid early 19th century travelers who defied expectations and embarked on adventures and journeys that have remained largely untold. Inspired by early documents and photographs Tessa Hulls provides a new perspective on these adventurers before they could vote or own property.
The program is co-sponsored by the Camano Island Library Friends , Humanities Washington and hosted by the Stanwood Area Historical Society as part of it H & H Hors d’oeuvres & History program series. (Scroll below)
