Our community hall, the Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center, is currently undergoing preservation and rehabilitation of the exterior walls. At this writing (8/13/2020) after preliminary power washing and preparing the outside walls for new paint and repairs, more lead paint and water damage has been discovered. This of course will require more funding to support preservation of the building and its community activities.
Thank you to our Sponsors for 2020 – they have made it possible along with several other recent donors to begin our rehabilitation and maintenance projects as COVID-19 permits.
BUT We will still need more funds so please consider a contribution and join this list of generous donors (listed below). We can then be ready to open when it is safe again.
Here are a few photographs of progress so far by Sarah Thornhill, local photographer who will be documenting some of the progress. Thank you in alphabetical order!
